Hello, I'm Kim Zeigler (pronounced zig-ler).  I'm an energetic introvert, empath, highly sensitive person (HSP), old soul, and intuitive being.  I naturally enjoy ample time in solitude to recharge, contemplate life, and create! 

 

As a sensitive person I've learned the importance of prioritizing self-care to support my health and well-being. Self-care practices such as Reiki, meditation, and automatic writing have tremendously helped me to function more easily in the world.  These practices have launched me into the best journey of my life; into my spiritual awakening to reclaim my soul sovereignty.

I created Refreshful Designs to be a resource for healing, insight, inspiration, and empowerment.  It exists to support other courageous souls along their spiritual awakening journey, experiencing personal transformation, and aspiring to live an authentic life.

As an intuitive healer I incorporate Reiki and guided meditation to facilitate relaxation, healing, and insight.
