2. What would you like the readers to know about you and your personal life perspective?
Some philosophies I live by:
With Crow as my Totem animal & Hawk as my strong animal ally, I’ve grown more than I ever could’ve dreamed up for myself & my life is unfolding in this uniquely beautiful, mysterious way. One of the greatest truths I have learned is that the Universe speaks and teaches in the most PROFOUND ways, and that I am never alone.
Recently, I’ve been greeted with a spider ally.
“To a Spider, its web is its ‘world’. When Spider appears to you, maybe the time has come for you to see yourself as the center of your own world. Like Spiders, we create our own world. We are the makers of our own destiny. Once we understand ourselves, we can truly begin manifesting our own reality. In Shamanism the Spider is an inventor. The creature’s 8 legs represent the medicine wheel, and Spider spirit was the sacred keeper of Native American history.” (whatismyspiritanimal.com)
The meaning of the spider ally is still unfolding and I’m wonderfully in awe of this experience. I have deep gratitude and respect for Native American medicine and culture. It’s kind of exciting to see how this connection will unfold one day. I have several books and intuitive teachings that feel deeply rooted within Native American roots.
Tell Us About Your Past
3. What is one of your earliest memories of noticing your natural talents/gifts/abilities?
I’ve always been naturally talented, I guess, but incredibly shy. I am a quick learner, student of life, & terribly imaginative. This all started in my early years with lots of alone time. I loved (& still love) to read and draw, play outside & get my hands dirty.
One thing I know, I will never be able to tell the true story of how Mother Earth worked her magic in all that time outside as a kid, but she is the truest love. You know the overwhelming feeling you get when you hear a musical masterpiece or watch the most serene and tranquil sunset over the water? I experience that weekly. I take such delight every day in the majesty of Mother Earth’s wild: The moon, the ever-changing sky, the mystery of the sun, the science of light, the dance of water as the wind kisses it’s surface, the power of fire, the melody of her creatures singing praise. It’s all a bit encompassing to the senses and sensual.
4. What is a past hardship, challenge, breakthrough, or life lesson that has had a big impact on you and has shaped your life perspective?
I am a spirit occasionally living with bipolar experiences. This perspective has taught me non-attachment, adaptability, evolution, creativity as a saving grace, the power of thought seeds, & movement as medicine. It’s taught me the gift of self-reliance & self-love practices. It’s taught me the beauty of Nature’s healing properties. It’s taught me the wonder of the spirits in all forms that inhibit this Earth. It’s taught me boundaries, how to courageously speak up for myself, how to honor the truth within, & own my mistakes.
The greatest lesson of all? Forgiveness.
5. What is a habit or lifestyle pattern that you have come to realize no longer serves your best self and what did you do to initiate change?
This is very fun to think about. However, I want to stay focused on the present practices that keep me grounded and connected instead of old lifestyle patterns. I will say though, counseling and Kim's life-changing Reiki sessions really have made a profound impact on changing my life, as well as medication and consistent healthy habits like good food, movement, reflection, & reading.
I really have started surrounding myself with people that help my Spirit flourish & leave me feeling better than before our encounter. Another lifestyle pattern I’m practicing is making sure I have my own back, through and through. I am with me until the end of my eternity, so I want to make sure I am my best partner. That comes with honesty, integrity, hard work, discipline, rejuvenation, & just showing up for myself.
A very present practice is presence itself. If something feels off, I give myself space and time to listen. I know my Divine truth lives within & I honor the call when I feel like I need time.
6. Do you recognize any similarities or differences from how you were raised to the values and lifestyle you have today?
Similarities: I still love alone time. I’m still rather shy. I still love to read and create, sing and dance.
Differences: I’m very protective of the grounded safety and affirmative love that I’ve built around myself, and if I am subjected to trauma like I was as a child, I feel much more eloquently equipped to handle outside circumstances with more grace. I filter what I feed my brain and I protect my energy with who I surround myself with.
Tell Us About Your Current Lifestyle
7 .What is your personal driving force/passion/motivation? How do these influence both your personal and professional life?
Divinity & Truth - I am what I am, and I live what I am. If the Divine within inspires a dream and motivation, I listen and act. I practice honing my intuition and un-training the fear/trauma responses of the past so that my truth is crystal clear. I adapt as life evolves. Just as I said earlier, we are nature, and I honor myself like I honor the phases of the moon.
8 .What are your 'go-to' self-love practices/hobbies/interests?
I honestly have a plethora in the archives to pull up as I intuitively feel called. Yoga, meditation, dance, walking outside, sitting outside, dancing outside, spending time in sacred circles, conversations, Oracle readings, tinctures, flower essences, reading, writing, cleaning, smiling, doing something for someone else, painting, feet soaking, self massage, & more. It’s so imperative to treat yourself like the Divine Light & Love Vessel you are.
9. Do you have a structured or spontaneous approach to your self-love practices?
The only part that is structured in my self-love practices are tuning in daily. However, the process and approach absolutely need to be spontaneous for me. Keeps it fresh and fun! I really look forward to my self-care time. I am truly becoming one of my best friends.
10. What are some personal boundaries that you have established and practice that allow you to tend to your own well-being so that you can then show up for others?
I tune into my intuition and gut reactions. I believe gut reactions are our Guardian Angels. If it’s a no, I honor that. If it’s a maybe, I wait. If it’s a yes, I honor that. Plain and simple. I also really, really tune into my life force. Do I have the energy for this? Can this wait? Is this in alignment?
11. How do you support yourself through a funk?
Sometimes, I really show up for myself while in a funk. I dance, I cry, I write, & I honor where I am at. Other times, and most of the time, the funks can be really difficult to handle alone, so I honor my need for connection and I reach out to loved ones. I have SO much loving support, it’s a tremendous blessing. Mantras also really help me realign.
Tell Us About Your Future Aspirations
12. What type of personal lifestyle and/or professional career are you cultivating?
I am right where I need to be. My actions are in alignment. Abundance is here. I am deserving of the financial abundance that is here and coming. I am deserving of a trusting and loving partner. I am deserving of healthy and supportive relationships. I am working towards my dreams day by day.
13. What is one thing that you would like to try or experience during your lifetime time that you haven't experienced before?
I will travel every year to extraordinary places. I will be married one day. I will be living extremely comfortably financially & I will be able to be generous with my earnings. I will also help protect Mother Earth as best as I can.
14. What is the legacy/message/influence that you hope your life has on humanity?
I want my words and actions to be my legacy. I want others to feel how much I love them, and I want my love for Mother Earth to be infectious. I want to create beauty with every breath. I want to capture moments that connect people straight to the deepest love that lives within their soul. Most importantly, I want everything I am to be an undeniable reflection of the Divinity within all of us.

Tell Us About Your Experience With Reiki
My virtual reiki experience with Kim was completely and entirely soul-shaking and profound. The life she spoke deep into my bones with her messages will live with me every day until I am no longer here. She has taught me invaluable lessons, and I have known her for only 3 or so months. Since my Reiki experiences, I have not had suicidal thoughts whatsoever, and I was experiencing them quite frequently in the last year. Her magic shined light into my soul, and I am eternally grateful.
Kim, you are a fallen star. Thank you.
