Physical Products & Merchandise

• Returns and exchanges within the United States are accepted for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of purchase.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted by mail and buyers are responsible for shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Buyers can expect a refund within 30 days of seller receiving the return.
